How can I schedule an appointment?

You can book an in-person visit or a Telehealth consultation through our website, the Bent Tree for Patients mobile app, or by calling the clinic directly. We strive to provide maximum accessibility for our patients.

Yes, for your convenience, we offer a wide range of exams at our clinic, including blood work, EKG, echocardiography, X-rays, and other tests. You won’t need to visit third-party diagnostic centers.
Yes, we provide Telehealth services. This allows you to discuss symptoms, receive treatment recommendations, or request prescription refills from the comfort of your home using your smartphone or computer.
Our mobile app allows you to manage your health in one place: schedule appointments, check lab results, message a nurse, and use the WellAI assistant for a preliminary symptom assessment.
The fastest way is to check them in your Patient Portal account or via the mobile app. Your results will be available for viewing as soon as your physician has reviewed them.
We accept most major insurance plans. However, since insurance terms change frequently, we recommend verifying your coverage with your insurance provider or contacting our front desk prior to your visit.
If you have a situation that requires a doctor’s attention after the clinic is closed, please call our main office number. Our system is designed to allow the on-call physician to respond to your request promptly. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, always call 911.
