Carol Watson, P.A.-C
Carol Watson graduated Cum Lade with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and a minor in Biology. During her undergraduate years she spent a semester studying in Santiago, Chile and is now fluent in Spanish.
In 2008 she earned her Master of Physician Assistant degree from Wichita State University in Kansas. That same year she received her certification through The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). While in the Physician Assistant program she was the recipient of the 2007 Kansas Academy of Physician Assistants (KAPA) Fellowship Award and also served as class delegate for KAPA activities. She completed training in family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, pediatrics, cardiology, general surgery, and obstetrics/gynecology.
After working at a community health clinic in Wichita, Kansas, Carol joined Bent Tree Family Physicians in 2009. She has a special interest in pediatrics, travel medicine, and preventive healthcare. "My joy in medicine is providing quality family healthcare while building lasting relationships with my patients". In her free time, Carol enjoys spending time with her husband, equestrian activities, water skiing, and traveling.
