The online Patient Portal is offered to any of our patients interested. The online features available are at no cost to you. The portal is secure and your data can only be accessed on the portal. None of the information sent to you will be by email without your explicit instruction. Our portal is a product of Intuit systems and not a product of Bent Tree Family Physicians. However we strive to help solve any and all issues that can be encountered using this system. That being said Intuit may need to be contacted to resolve the issue. Please remember we are here for you.

If you need help accessing the portal due to an email change or are unable to login for any other reason and have exhausted the options on the portal please call us @ 972.377.8800 and our front office staff can help reset passwords, change/update an email address, update account information and then we will send you password reset and username reminder emails.
