Patient Portal FAQs

I tried to register and I got a message saying that I already have a "HealthKey" portal account. Why?

 - Although you haven’t logged into our portal before, you may have created an account with another patient portal powered by Intuit Health. HealthKey is a tool that allows you to join multiple patient portals – in our area or even out-of-state – with one login.

 - If you’re not sure where you previously registered, click “forgot your username” or “forgot your password” on the patient portal login screen to recover your  information.

I forgot my user ID or password.

1. Use the "forgot your User ID?" link on the portal login page.

2. Enter your email address or user ID

3. Confirm your date of birth

4. Answer your secret question

5. Your User ID will be sent to your email address

  - Ouch! Please wait 15 minutes and try again. We set a maximum number to ensure the security of your account.

I forgot the answer to my security question.

  - If you forgot your password and do not know the answer to your security question, please call BTFP and ask for a password reset email.

What are the requirements for my password?

  - Your password must be at least 6 characters, must contain at least one number OR an upper case letter, and should not contain any special characters (#$%^).

What browser should I use? 

  - Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome and Safari are all supported.
